Entrepreneur Program
Through our entrepreneur programThe Fierce Foundation aimes to encourage the youth into earning and taking real future leadership roles to develop the skills and capabilities that will enable to solve problems creatively and to communicate with confidence. Ultimately we strive to have each child demonstrably improve from whatever level of ability that he/she has, Those who are strong leaders already should hone their skills and acquire new ones, and children.
Youth Civic Engagement & JR. Mentor program
Successful youth engagement strategies that require that youth have genuine and meaningful opportunities to work with each other to impact issues of importance. Allowing opportunities for youth to take ownership and part of the process,makeing an positive impact in their community, mobilize others and become powerful role models. It is important to be inclusive in planning and working with youth, placing particular emphasis on engaging young people who have not traditionally been included in community youth development opportunities and recognizing and valuing diversity .
Youth-Adult Partnership & Minnie Me Program
The essence of youth involvement is a partnership between adults and young people - one in which each party has the opportunity to make suggestions and decisions and in which the contribution of each is recognized and valued. A youth-adult partnership is one in which adults work in full partnership with young people on issues facing them everyday . Effective youth-adult partnerships works toward solving community problems , improving self value and unity.

Youth Development & Empowerment program
Our Youth leadership program development process supports the youth in developing: (a) the ability to analyze his or her own strengths and weaknesses, set personal and vocational goals, and have the self-esteem, confidence, motivation, and abilities to carry them out (including the ability to establish support networks in order to fully participate in community life and effect positive social change); and (b) the ability to guide or direct others on a course of action, influence the opinions and behaviors of others, and serve as a role model

Youth Consulting & Mentoring
A Child and Youth Worker, or counsellor, will mentor children, provide the youth with activities, methods, and strategies to keep them positive and motivated to build their resilience skills so that they will be better at weathering the storms of peer-pressure, bullying, and other life issues.
